Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship in stock items within two (2) business days unless it is an expedited order (e.g. Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day Delivery option). Out of stock items or made to order items: Items may take up to 1-6 weeks for delivery. We will email you with an estimated delivery within 24 hours after an item has been purchased and tracking information when your order has been sent. Signature is required upon delivery.

If your order is a rush order, please email info@alasjewelry.com and we will do our best to prioritize your order.

alasjewelry.com is not liable for lost shipments when tracking indicates it has been delivered.  alasjewelry.com is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company.  If your package is sent back to alasjewelry.com for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.

alasjewelry.com will reimburse or pay for return shipping only in the event that we have erred. For example: if alasjewelry.com were to send you the incorrect piece of jewelry, or article.

Shipping paid on returned items is non-refundable.
